The purpose of this site is for me to report on my chess adventures with the London System. I hope to share my games as well as those of others that enjoy the London. Comments are always welcomed!

My First Post!
I want to start a blog to highlight games that I have played both via the internet and over-the-board. My current USCF rating is 1804 and I hope to make it to 1900 by the end of the year 2011. I hope that by studying my own games I can make this a reality! My first post is of a game I finished today in a tourney on chess.com. The mandatory moves were 1.d4 d5, so I decided to play the London System as white and go for the Queen's Gambit Accepted as black, where permitted. This is a quick 7-move mate, just to test the site. I hope to put more interesting games on the site in the future. The London System is solid and can be deadly for black, if they are not prepared!!
